A light refreshing drink that uses the delicate sweetness of Elderflower to balance the full flavour of the cider apples. The champagne yeast adds a little sparkle, to deliver a clean, crisp finish. To serve, just add sunshine!

In the heart of Somerset, on the Isle of Wedmore lies a small orchard of old trees looking across Tealham Moor, a site of special scientific interest. Our traditional apple trees have deep roots into this ancient landscape, which help us produce exceptional cider.

Old Jollop is made by hand and by friends, who came together to produce small batches of cider that is true to Somerset’s cider heritage, whilst delivering a refreshing drink that’s very different from the mass produced alternatives.
