Our juices.
Bradleys, in Hewish, is a family run business, producing outstanding English juices at Box Bush farm in rural Somerset. Local apples are turned into beautiful juices. Miles also creates sparkling elderflower, ginger ale and other tasty concoctions!
Mayringues.
Steve stumbled across his meringue making skill by accident (it’s a long story!) With his family, they hand make beautiful and delicious meringues and marshmallow using local ingredients and no added preservatives or flavourings.
Duck crackling.
Adam Wilding is the brainchild behind this banging snack. Like pork scratchings, but made from duck – what’s not to like about it!?
