We all know fruit and veg tastes best when it is fresh, local and in season – real food at its simplest! Seasonality is king and we will always focus on what’s at its best. We buy direct from local growers wherever we can and supplement our offer with the things we’ve all come to expect (you can’t grow a very nice banana in this country!)
Steven Down farms vegetables in Failand. From June to January, he supplies us with an ever-changing selection of veg that travels 5 miles, not 5000. Picked in the morning and with us by lunch time.

Josh and family use modern farming techniques to monitor how their berries are coming on to ensure they remain the best tasting strawberries in the world!
