Barleywood Apple Juice

In the wooden round house at the bottom of Barley Wood Walled Garden we make cider and apple juice from over 60 varieties of apples using antique manual presses.

We want our cider and juice to express the full character of the traditional apple varieties in our orchards. To achieve this we hand pick all our fruit, our ciders are made from full juice and fermented slowly using wild yeasts and our apple juice is 100% pure and golden with nothing added.
