Delivery & Pickup
Locally sourced products delivered to your door…
- After you have finished shopping and entered the checkout you will be able to choose between either free pickup or delivery for £5.
- At the checkout you will be able to choose a day and time slot, we currently have full availability for all slots.
- Orders need to be placed between 3 and 10 days in advance and there are some day restrictions on certain items.
- Any additional info or delivery notes can be added to your order during the checkout process.
- After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email with your order details.
- There is a £5 charge for all time slots and a minimum order of £30.
- We deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with 3-hour timeslots from 10am to 7pm.
- We deliver to the following postcodes: BS3, BS8, BS9, BS11, BS13, BS20, BS21, BS22, BS23, BS24, BS25, BS29, BS40, BS41, BS48 and BS49.
- If we do not deliver to your area you can always do a pickup order instead.
- Chilled and frozen items are kept in insulated boxes during transport in order to keep your food safe.
- Available 7 days a week from 10am to 5.30pm at no extra charge and no minimum order.
- When you arrive please go to the pickup spot to the left of the main entrance and ring the bell. A member of staff will then be with you as soon as possible. They will then retrieve your order. This can all be done while maintaining social distance.
- Your order will be kept in the fridge until you come to pick it up.
- We try to use a little plastic as possible, both instore and for our online orders.
- During delivery we store your chilled items in reusable insulation crates and keep them cool with ice packs.
- We use recyclable cardboard boxes and where possible we pack our fruit and veg loose or with paper bags.
- Soft fruits like strawberries still come in plastic punnets to prevent them getting damage. Salad items, like lettuce, come in plastic bags in order to maintain freshness.
